If you’re still in need of a Mother’s Day gift, here’s one way to help out your local library at the same time: The East Berlin Community Library has partnered with mixedbagdesigns.com for a fundraiser this month.
Patrons can browse totes, bags and accessories through a mixedbag catalog (available at the library) or mixedbagdesigns.com. When you’re ready to make a purchase, a certain percent of your payment goes directly to East Berlin Community Library — 50 percent if you purchase in person at the library, and 40 percent if you purchase online.
Online purchases require a fundraiser ID (220844) and “student name” (East Berlin Community Library). Online orders will be shipped directly to you; catalog orders placed at the library will be shipped there for pick-up.
Proceeds from the fundraiser will go toward children’s materials. Call the library at 717-259-9000 with questions.
